2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During product launches, promotional events, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across most serviceable locations in India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time or may not be available.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

From time to time, REISS AUDIO may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS containing the tracking details, where applicable.

Customers can use the tracking number to monitor the shipment until delivery.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Customer refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


8. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Landmark (if applicable)
  • Valid mobile number
  • Correct PIN code

REISS AUDIO shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.


9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears:

  • Opened
  • Severely damaged

please refuse delivery if possible or notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment with photographs of the package and product.

Claims received after this period may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

Ownership of the products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the shipment has been delivered.
