2. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled without any cancellation charges before they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
If payment has already been made, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return only if the product qualifies under our Return Policy.
3. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product has a verified manufacturing defect.
- Product is incomplete or missing components.
- Product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

- Physical or accidental damage after delivery.

6. Replacement Policy
Eligible products may be replaced if:

- They have a verified manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect items were delivered.
Replacement is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, an appropriate refund may be issued.
7. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Typical refund timelines are:
- UPI: 2–5 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
- Wallets: As per the payment provider's processing time
Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or issuing bank.
8. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless:
- The wrong product was shipped.
- The product arrived damaged.
- A verified manufacturing defect is confirmed.
9. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect), REISS AUDIO may arrange return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges.
For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
10. Inspection of Returned Products
Every returned product undergoes a quality inspection before any refund or replacement is approved.
If inspection reveals damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications, the return request may be declined.
11. Warranty Claims
Products covered under warranty should be claimed according to the applicable Warranty Policy.
Warranty claims are separate from this Refund & Cancellation Policy and may involve repair or replacement instead of a refund.
12. Failed Deliveries
Orders returned due to incorrect shipping addresses, repeated failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal may be subject to applicable shipping and handling charges before reshipment or refund.
